Founder, Principal and namesake; everything Talmadge does is above and beyond. He effortlessly illustrates that design with purpose is everywhere – timing, lighting, floral, décor, space, plating, fashion and so much more. Each element is carefully curated to create immersive 360º experiences.

Todd Pyland

Principal, Creative Director, mentor and resident comedian; Todd turns sketches into strategy ​and rough ideas into successful brands. He loves fonts, hates insomnia and wishes he could fly. Todd is continuously producing campaigns that incite action, build buzz and engage people on a personal level.

Pat Chernicky​

It's all about the right people at the right time. Pat's uncanny ability to source the right people has dubbed her the nickname Wizard(ess) of Oz. Although she is usually behind the curtain, her insight has helped curate an amazing team that only breathes passion and progress. 

Victor Davalos

Art Director and in-house greeting card maker Victor spends his days creating fabulous designs for our wide array of events and other clients. He puts his head down, headphones on and pumps out incredible visuals on a daily basis.

Sydney LaPlant

Sydney is an event manager and social media manager who brings creativity and organization to every project. She loves nothing more than working with amazing clients and teammates to turn ideas into events people can't stop talking about. She's happiest with a glass of white wine in hand and a good book nearby. Whether it's a stunning event setup or a scroll-stopping post, she makes sure every detail shines.

Darren Lindsay

Senior Creative Producer and resident video storyteller; Darren has been behind the curtain for years, helping create spectacle and amazing experiences for viewing pleasure. He appreciates a good chocolate chip cookie and promises not to break the space-time continuum if he ever invents time travel.

Trevor Sparks

Director of Events and resident golf addict, Trevor leads event strategy and execution with a calm, level-headed approach. He blends creativity with attention to detail to deliver experiences that leave a lasting impression, collaborating seamlessly with clients, vendors, and the TPC team. When he’s not orchestrating unforgettable events, you’ll find him either spending time with his beautiful family, perfecting his swing on the golf course or dreaming up his next great round.

Tina Wallace

​Tina is an Accounting Manager with a strong focus on keeping project billing on track, managing accounts payable, and creating accurate invoices. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business University Studies, Tina brings both precision and a collaborative spirit to every aspect of the job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, traveling with her spouse, and relaxing with family. Favorite pastimes include watching Reality TV, playing board and card games, golfing, and bowling.
